We always aim to give you a quick efficient service.
We use the latest technology to order your spectacles using direct links to our suppliers, this means that when your order is placed it is started within a few minutes. If you are a new customer then we will request a deposit before your order is placed.
If you are an existing customer we reserve the right to request a deposit before your order is started, this reflects that once placed we cannot stop your lenses without incurring a charge to us.
We pride ourselves on our level of customer service.
We value any comments or suggestions you may have which will contribute to the service we provide..
If you have any comments, suggestions or cause for complaint, the person to speak to is Cliff Wiiliams who is the Dispensing Optician and Practice Owner. This will enable an explanation to be given or possible misunderstandings to be cleared up.
The vast majority of complaints can be dealt with in this way.
In the unlikely event that this informal approach does not work you should submit your complaint in writing to the address given above.
We willl deal promptly and confidentially with your complaint and you will receive a written reply once an investigation has been carried out.
