" An annual visit to your Optician can be a daunting experience, especially if you know you have a known issue with one or both eyes as in my case, however my experience at Cliff Williams Independent Optician was very calming and reassuring. "For a number of years I had been having problems with badly fitted specs and poor quality lenses. I came across Cliff Williams website while searching opticians in my area. I thought his machine for taking fitting measurements a bit too good to be true but decided to give it a go. That was 2 yrs ago. My glasses fitted perfectly and the lens quality is very good. I made an appointment for an overdue eye test and with a concern about a recent "light strobing" incident in the periphery of one of my eyes. They calmly explained what was going on with my eye (a normal part of ageing) and went the extra mile to take incredibly detailed and thorough images of the back of my eyes with their state of the art equipment to make sure that nothing untoward had happened...."
